Refund policy

If Rewind VM is not right for you, we will give your money back. This policy covers Personal and Commercial licenses for the desktop app, sold by Lunch Time Surf LLC.

Within 30 days

You get a full refund within 30 days of purchase, for any reason. Email tacos@lunchtimesurf.com from the email address you bought with, or tell us that address, and we will take care of it. You do not need to explain why.

How the money comes back

Refunds go back to your original payment method through Stripe. Your bank decides how long it takes to show up on your statement.

Your license key

A refunded license key is deactivated. License keys are checked offline, so a copy of the app that is already installed is not switched off remotely, but the refunded key stops being valid for updates and for new installs.

After 30 days

Get in touch anyway. We will look at it case by case, and we would rather sort it out than leave you stuck with something that does not work for you.
